The Met Office has issued an amber weather warning for snow and ice for parts of central and northern Scotland (from 7am to 5pm on Saturday 23rd November 2024). Snow and ice is expected association with Storm Bert, leading to possible disruption to travel. There are also yellow weather warnings issued for snow and ice, rain and wind for other parts of Scotland this weekend (23rd/24th November).

Police Scotland has issued a warning for high risk of disruption for areas affected by the amber weather warning during the warning period.
