A77 Girvan | Parapet Repairs
Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland, is undertaking parapet repairs on the A77 on Flushes Bridge in Girvan from Monday 13th January until Friday 31st January 2025 on a continuous 24/7 basis.
This will involve the temporary possession of layby on A77 southbound adjacent to the site only. The car park adjacent to the site will also be used subject to approval by the council.
A77 trunk road traffic will not be affected by these works.
Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained throughout these works.
Please note, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.
This scheme will benefit vehicles using this route each day, by improving the condition and safety of the carriageway structures and reducing the need for more extensive maintenance in the future.
