Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland, is undertaking essential bridge expansion joint replacements on the A78 at the Warrix Interchange roundabout overbridges, on Friday 2nd August and from Monday 5th August until Monday 12th August between the hours of 8pm and 6am, each night.

This work will be completed using overnight road closures and a signed diversion will be in operation as follows:

Traffic will be diverted between Milgarholm Roundabout and A71 Greenwood Interchange via Annick Road and Long Drive.

A78 on-slips in this location will operate as normal, while off-slips will be reduced to one lane.

Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained throughout these works.

Please note, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.

This scheme will benefit vehicles using this route each day, by improving the condition and safety of the carriageway structures and reducing the need for more extensive maintenance in the future.
