SCHEME UPDATE (01/11)

Due to the current scope of works, this scheme has been extended.

Work is due to be complete on Friday 22nd November.

Work will now take place weekdays from 8am to 5pm.

To ensure the safety of roadworkers and motorists, the essential maintenance will be undertaken under daytime temporary traffic lights northbound just before the woods of Logie, ending just after the junction for Pittodrie House.

Temporary traffic light location for this scheme may be subject to change due to area of works taking place.

SCHEME RESCHEDULED: Drainage improvements on A96 East of Oyne Fork in Aberdeenshire.

Due to operational issues this scheme has been rescheduled.

Works will now take place from Thursday 26th September to Wednesday 16th October.

Work will take place weekdays from 9.15am to 3.30pm.

Amey is undertaking drainage improvements on the A96 directly east of Oyne Fork in Aberdeenshire from Monday 23rd September to Friday 11th October.

The £170,000 worth of improvements, which Amey is carrying out on behalf of Transport Scotland, involves filter drain installation and replacement of carrier pipes.

The essential works will reduce flooding and improve overall safety for over 10,400 daily traffic users.

Work will take place weekdays from 9.15am to 3.30pm.
